Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Overview of the Service

AGENTOVA.AI is a SaaS platform operated by PILBEE GmbH that enables entrepreneurs and professionals to delegate certain tasks to specialized intelligent virtual agents.

Each agent (including Charlotte, Arthur, Margot, Amandine, Ethan, Benoît, Samy, etc.) is designed to perform specific functions such as: content creation, sales prospecting, customer service, marketing, organization, or data analysis.

The service is based, in particular, on:

• a simple and intuitive conversational interface;
• an intelligent onboarding system;
• automated actions on the user's connected devices, under the user's control.

2. Access to the platform

Access to the platform is restricted to:

• to individuals of legal age;
• who has an active user account;
• who have subscribed to a valid plan.

The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information upon registration, and to keep such information accurate for the entire duration of their use of the service.

3. Use of Supplies

3.1 Use of Agents

The agents listed on AGENTOVA.AI are the exclusive property of PILBEE GmbH.

Users are permitted to interact freely with agents in the normal course of using the service, but are specifically prohibited from:

• reproduce, copy, extract, or attempt to reconstruct their operating logic;
• resell, sublicense, or transfer access to agents to third parties;
• transfer or migrate agents to another platform without written authorization.

Data provided by the user (text, prompts, files, content) remains the user’s property and may be exported upon request, within the technical limitations of the platform.

3.2 Credit System and Consumption

The use of agents on AGENTOVA.AI is based on a credit system:

• 2 credits = 1 request involving the generation or analysis of an image

Credits are allocated according to the subscription plan selected. Users can view their available credit balance directly from their dashboard.

If your credits run out, access to agents will be temporarily suspended until the account is reloaded or the subscription is renewed.

4. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:

• agent configuration;
• the data it transmits;
• actions performed through its agents and connected tools.

Any misuse, unauthorized use, or use that violates these Terms of Service (account sharing, intentional overloading, fraudulent or illegal use) may result in the suspension or termination of the account, without prior notice or compensation.

5. Limitation of Liability

AGENTOVA.AI is provided "as is," without any guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors.

PILBEE GmbH shall not be held liable, in particular, for:

• temporary service interruptions;
• malfunctions caused by data that is incorrect, incomplete, or misconfigured by the user;
• decisions made or actions taken by the user based on the responses or automated actions generated by the agents.

6. Customer Support

Support is available to users:

• by email: contact@agentova.ai (estimated response time: 48 to 72 business hours);
• through a chatbot integrated into the platform (automated responses powered by artificial intelligence).

7. Account Suspension or Termination

PILBEE GmbH reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account in the event that:

• failure to comply with these Terms of Use;
• fraudulent use or use that does not comply with the terms of service;
• excessive or abusive usage that is not in line with the subscription plan.

The user may not claim any compensation in such cases.

8. Personal Information

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

• the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679);
• the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (nLPD).

9. Intellectual Property

All components of the AGENTOVA.AI platform (interface, design, structure, agent names, logos, technologies, content, prompts, and architectures) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of PILBEE GmbH.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to reach an amicable resolution.
Failing that, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zug (Switzerland).

11. Compliance with Google API Policies

AGENTOVA.AI is committed to complying with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data from Google services (including Gmail and Google Workspace) is used solely to provide the features explicitly requested by the user, with the user’s consent, and is not misused or shared with unauthorized third parties.
